Service Packages

For customers that do not want to rent the property and only expect to visit a couple of times each year, then a service package offers great value for money and peace of mind.

Basic Property Maintenance Package

Our basic package includes the following services;

• Collection and forwarding of mail
• Monthly security checks of the property and written condition report
• Property check before and after your visit
• Shopping service on request for an additional charge
• On call to assist with problems during your stay

Standard Property Maintenance Package

Our standard package includes all of the basic package services, plus the following;

• Airport pickup or arranging of hire car
• Bill payment service
• Managing emergency repairs when required
• Cleaning of property before and after your visit
• Laundering of bed linen and towels(two towels per person

Premium Property Maintenance Package

Our premium package includes all of the premium package services, plus the following;

• Providing essential provisions such as bread, milk, coffee and tea etc.
• Supervision of tradesmen carrying out minor maintenance

* Service packages cover up to two visits to the Island each year. Additional visits will be charged extra.
